When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:

This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss bookings, and arrange care for your pet. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it with third parties, other than the form-processing service described below.
Enquiries submitted through the contact form are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which forwards your message to our email inbox. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how they handle data in transit; you can read it at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to arrange and provide the service you've asked about, or as long as you remain a client.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for us to hold it. To do any of this, contact us at the email address below.
